Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a type of massage that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow. 

Why do you need MLD after surgery?
Manual lymphatic drainage massage helps speed up the healing process by reducing pain, scar tissue and inflammation.
