Cancellation Policy 

-Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. 

-If you are running late to your appointment, please contact me at 904-580-7118

-If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment for another day. 

-If you miss 2 scheduled appointments, please be advised you will not be able to rebook in the future. 

-If you reschedule more than 3 appointments, you will be required to place a $30.00 deposit to re-book.
